"Marcin Mielczewski was member of the famous Royal Chapel at the court of the Vasa kings in Warsaw. He was most probably the best known Polish composer in 17th-century Europe. His compositions - mainly religious concertos, masses and instrumental canzonas - were performed even several decades after his death in many countries outside the Republic of Poland.
Extant copies of his compositions and various historical sources suggest that Mielczewski was a household name in Paris, numerous German cities, Denmark, Silesia, Moravia, Slovakia, as well as in Ukraine and Russia." [from booklet included to cds]

I only have a digital copy of it, lossless of course. [m]
