Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra (also known as Tafelmusik) is a Canadian baroque orchestra, founded in 1979, specializing in early music and based in Toronto.
Since 1981 Jeanne Lamon became the music director of the ensemble.
In 1991, the band together with a group of soloists made this recording (Handel's opera 'Floridante') released by the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation). Alan Curtis took a guest appearance behind the conductor's desk.
1-disc edition containing only fragments of the opera was released from this recording. It is not known if the entire work has been recorded - probably not.
